"There is a huge difference between a busy office and a medical factory. You are just a DOB. The only phone option that is available is the front circle of ladies who are appointment setters. Otherwise, you cannot speak to anyone. Per their very long phone menu since "they are a very busy office", your only option is to leave a message and you won't receive a call back. The staff is friendly but they sound like they are putting out fires and trying to meet their daily quota of new appointments. These is the result of very deficient management. I've seen 2 doctors and was so happy to learn that her mentor was the best rheum that I've ever treated with. Everything starts well but then goes into decline. i can venture to say that even the doctors' time is monitored. Again, this is a medical factory and not a medical office who cares about their patients in pain."
