"Say goodbye to glasses! Firstly, know you are in incredibly capable hands. The entire staff is kind and knowledgeable- their customer service is top notch. Ask lots of questions! They all know the answers and want you to feel comfortable. The surgery itself is sort of in two parts. First, they do something with the suction on the cornea (this was not pleasant) and then they do lasers to shape the eye for your prescription (this was totally painless). That’s it! Then you’re done! You walk you through all the after care and give you a little take away baggie with the things you need. It’s been over 24hrs and I can see at 20/15 and it’s supposed to get a little better over time as my eyes continue to heal. I would definitely recommend this place. These guys know that they are doing."

"The LASIK Vision Institute in Plantation has amazing staff and the process was a quick one for me! I came for a consultation and I blessed to have surgery the next day. Know when you want to have it done and possibly you may be in the same boat as me. Having a high prescription (-8.75 and -9) with an astigmatism, it’s nice to not to worry about being blind in old age. I personally had PRK which takes longer to heal and for the eyes to fully stabilize, but even still my vision has drastically improved. The day of surgery I no longer needed my glasses at all and two weeks later my vision is currently at 20/25. Anyway, I wish you all the best on your vision journey. I highly recommend!"
