"I was told 2 weeks prior by another doctor that I had very bad cataracts. I saw Dr Skolnick I did not. He also told me I had very healthy eyes. Very kind and truly a professional. His staff was great. Jonathan’s did my eye exam. Very professional and took a lot of time with me. Great place to go."
"I gave them my insurance card and was told their clinic was in my insurance provider’s network. I was charged the typical co-pay for an in network facility. I received an eye exam and was going to use them for cataract surgery but they then said they were not in network and so their services would cost much more. In 10 years I have never once used an out of network provider. They have consistently been sending me a bill for a higher and totally improper co-pay., I contacted them and explained why I do not owe them a penny. They said they would get back to me but never did. I recently received another bill threatening me with referral to a collection agency. I have now contacted them eight times and asked to talk directly with the doctor but they never get back. Very pitiful."
"The office staff was super attentive and extremely responsive. I called with a bit of an urgent matter and was transferred to speak to a medical assistant. I actually got to speak with someone not a voice mail and they helped me right away. Dr. Skolnick is also a great doctor and very easy to speak to, listens wonderfully and provides great information."
"Dr. Skolnick performed cataract surgery on me last week with absolutely no pain during or after surgery. He personally called me that evening to check to see how I was doing, which I thought was exceptional, particularly in this day and age where in most places you are treated as a number on a chart. Office staff and all the technicians were great also, and Kerri was particularly nice. I would highly recommend him⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"VERY IMPRESSED by Dr. Skolnick and his staff.....especially Tiffany. This my second visit and they took as much time as was necessary to understand my issue.........and then explain my alternatives.........and then help me decide how to proceed. Yes, this is what doctors are supposed to do but it's always impressive when your doctor looks at you when he's talking with you........not at a computer screen. And, by the way, they are nice."
