"The medical aspect is great and I can’t complain but the billing service is terrible!! I have been trying to get reimbursed through my insurance but the billing department has not been able to properly provide an atomized bill for my services. The numbers are not adding up and I have been dealing with this for months now! I don’t understand what’s so difficult about this! The receipts are there so why is it so difficult to provide the bill??? It makes me question their charges! Just be very aware of this because I have been emailing, calling, I get bits and pieces and the numbers are just not adding up at all. I will continue to fight this because it’s either poor management, organization, or straight up FRAUD!!"

"Dr. Shield appears to be a decent compassionate individual. However the staff at the Riverview hospital like the front desk personal, the door man and some of the staff are rude and assume my pain and frustrations are to be mocked and I have been treated horribly. If one can't afford the extras no resources to help. I was informed that I would get an email providing help. I never got anything. I did not want to write this but I must be honest. I have written to the app numerous times and i have had surgery on both knees prior and Dehumanizing was not part of the experience."
