"This place has caused me so much stress in the last 24 hours. They told me I’m losing my hearing and that she wasn’t sure. And I’m only 27. The doctor checked my ears she cleaned them, and now they hurt more than ever. She told me I had to set up an emergency sound test which I did the next day. I did the emergency test as she recommended and I explained that my ears hurt very bad and that I can’t really hear and the doctor is nowhere to be found. So after they did the sound test, they had no answers for me. The doctor wasn’t even there, but she told me I’m losing my hearing it’s crazy to me how much stress they have caused me. I just had a panic attack because on top of that she told me she will prescribe me eardrops, and when I show up to the pharmacy told me they are pills, I’ve been calling them for the last hour, and the receptionist doesn’t answer. The receptionist also had an attitude with me. The first day I came. The doctor was so aggressive and made it seem. It was life or death, and when I go in the next day she’s nowhere to be found. It’s crazy to me how she’ll drop a bomb like that have me in panic mode, but yet was nowhere to be. All I want is answers, and to solve the pain in my ears.. THE WORST PLACE TO GOOOOO !!!!!!! Do not COME HERE AT ALL !!!! The doctor who ever that told me I was going to deaf cleaned my ears and hurt more than ever ! I’ve been in so much pain last the 24 hours. The called me left me voice mail with nothing I tried calling back and again nowhere to be found the doctor. The receptionist and the doctor are the worst people ever to walk on this earth. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE PATIENT AT ALL."

"NEGLIGENT OFFICE!! Do not go. When I went in for my ear pain they didn’t even have a doctor to see me. Being that i needed treatment i still accepted the ARNP. Additionally I asked various times what my payment would be prior to treatment and they could never give me an answer. They had my insurance information when i made the appointment days prior and no one could verify. Then they let me walk out with an ear infection. Had to go to the urgent care afterwards because of them not addressing it or giving me the medicine needed. I then get sent a bill for $104 and when i try to call to explain the situation they just play phone tag with me. Called corporate and no answer as well. They then have the audacity to send me to collection after the negligence that went on. Edit: tried calling after their reply and again no answer. You guys have my information, call me when you are ready to address this negligence."

"I was seen in this office in October 2023 & was advised for a sleep apnea test of which I was told they administer & put me on a waiting list. It is now January, after calling their office multiple times since no one knows anything....this is patient care at it's worst."
