"I got there at 8 appointment is at 8. Well by 8:45 no one assistance me for sign or spoke to me. The women that were there at 7:45 and 7:30 were till waiting for sign in too. One woman came after us was spoken to check in and was aassisted. When I walk up politely said excuse me sir i was just ignored. ...... It broke my heart. So I left. they were speaking Spanish i do not."

"Why does it say that it closes at five when it closes at four I got there at 4 o’clock and she told me they were closing that that’s why they can’t take care of me I don’t understand"

"One of their representatives was implacably rude to me today. As I was taking their survey, she gave her much not needed, implacably rude commentary, insulting my intelligence each and everytime I answered the lady that was taking down the survey answers. She laughed and belittled me, as she also took it upon herself to keep looking back at me from her computer desk to poke fun at me, also giving me the stink eye. She then proceeded to ask me what day I would like my next appointment for when she already had taken it upon herself to appoint me one without my approval. When I asked her why did she do that she kept dismissing me repeatedly in her "ghetto" tone of voice ignoring my question. What I went through today nobody should have to go through just because they are trying to get some assistance for their growing child."
