"As a patient I must say this is one of the most professional places I have been to in my recovery journey, starting from the young lady that answers the phone and sets appointments she is one of the most empathetic and kindest humans I've ever met, I couldn't make my appointment and she even called as to inquire if I was alright after explaining my situation she proceeded to show me empathy and for that I will always be grateful, she even rescheduled my appointment without hesitation, now to the staff the physical therapist I hear how they speak to their clients and I see nothing but such professionalism, Tracey is such a sweet, professional and very knowledgeable person I am grateful for them and definitely would recommend them, nothing but class, professionialsm and empathy for their clients...
