"I am beyond pleased with the amazing customer service that I received at my first visit. I was in Miami for vacation and severely injured my neck/back. The front desk member answered our call at 6:30pm and they squeezed me into the office for a 9:30am appointment the next day. The office staff was friendly, accommodating, and extremely competent. I was greeted with a smile and was taken back right at my appointment time. The staff members were extremely personable. I was taken care of by MANY providers who were all so kind and really helped fix my neck. The cost was out-of-pocket for me and it was very reasonable and affordable. My neck is so much better and I do not know where I would be without their help. I wish that I was able to continue care at this office!! I would recommend to anyone in the Miami area.
