"My appointment was for 7:30 a.m. and there were quite a few persons waiting. Their system works very well, as we all had checked in online. The staff is super friendly, helpful and the offices are well kept. My doctor - Dr. Leon Rawner - is very caring, thoughtful, thorough and friendly. I feel so comfortable each tome I see him. I would gladly recommend this office and their doctors."

"My GPS was showing that I would be 2 minutes late. I called the office to tell them. They said there is a 15 min grace period I arrived at the office for my 2:45 pm appointment at 2:50 pm and signed in at the same time as someone arriving at 3. The receptionist acknowledged my arrival and even joked around a bit about it. I put my name on the list & sat down. After 25 min of sitting and reading the newspaper on my phone, I got up to check on the delay. This is when things went sour. The same receptionist was playing with her phone, having completely forgotten about me there. She quickly looked at the clipboard and realized her mistake. Then she blamed me for being late, told me they were booked up for the day, had a nasty attitude about it, denied that I had called (happy to send screenshot from my phone showing call times & possibly even transcript of the call). I had driven for 50 minutes to get to the appointment. I was so shocked at being treated this way that I just left. I did not even know how to respond to such lack of professionalism. I am a busy working professional and my time is valuable. I was disrespected greatly. The person behind the counter should have 1) done her job correctly to begin with and 2) when realizing her mistake, should have found a way to fit me in or spoke to management. This review was completely deserved due to total lack of professionalism."

"This office is efficient and professional. Dr Leon listens to your concerns and takes appropriate response. Natalie at checkout is always smiling and such a pleasure. I also really like that you can schedule appointments online and they have early morning appointments."

"Best doctor visit to date. I've been really worried about my recent decline in health. Dr Leon Rawner really cares about his patients. He's gone above and beyond to help me find out my diagnosis. He seems to be on the Spectrum. In the genius kind of way. The office ladies are all so sweet and caring. Kathleen did my blood work. I swear she's an Angel. I didn't feel a thing. The place is a little hard to find your first visit. I suggest you find this little slice of heaven."
