I have oily skin and acne, they sell their own line of products, with a set of their products and a deep cleaning per month my skin change absolutely, I have no more acne and my oil is controlled, the esthetician is very professional, very sweet, and she has love and passion for her work. I recommend this place 100%. The only thing that there is a lot of delay for appointments but it is worth waiting."

"Everyone here is very friendly. The esthetician Joanne, is very knowledgeable and has over 20 years of experience. This isn't a place to go for a relaxing spa experience facial, but they are result driven. She is very honest and gives a lot feedback and suggestion. She is willing to work with your products and doesn't try to push sales. To me, that shows that she cares about her clients. they have great package deals that rival membership based spas. In my opinion if you are looking for results, and a good deal, I recommend to try this location for your facial."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd give no stars if I could. They don't answer their phones or call back. I spoke to the "owner" and she was very rude and unprofessional. She reprimanded me and called me young lady for not making it to appointment which I called and let them know I was not going to make it due to there being thunderstorms ALL OVER south Florida which means accidents everywhere and there was no way for me to make it on time. She would not make an exception and re-book my appointment without paying a $20 cancellation fee!"
