Dayton Dandes Medical Center

"I have been a patient of Dr. Daytons for a little under a year. At first everything was good but as they employed additional Drs and staff changes occurred their service went down the tubes. The Dr. Would sometimes look at me and wouldn't even say hello, so did the nurse practitioner, not the most comfortable place to go to. Due to the treatment I was under there were signes everywhere that stated every couple of months patients would have to be seen by the Dr. To re-evaluate, that only happened once, the Dr. Was always too busy and the staff really didnt care... sometimes I needed to come in for my treatment and they would say they were full, and when I would complain they made me feel as if they were doing me a favor and even saying " we will fit you in this time"! What the f is that! Both times I had an appointment with Dr. Dayton, he was lost, felt like he was everywhere else but involved in my treatment. Alot of turnaround with staff in the back office, most times I was poked several times and I felt as if they didnt know what they were doing but I needed the treatment so I stayed. My mother used to go there to and a few other patients i became friends with also stopped going back. They would reschedule me many times and once I was running 10 min late and they said the clinic was closed. Last straw was when I completely forgot of the appointment this past Monday which was also raining harder than ever, they called me because I had not shown and I was told that I would have to pay for the treatment because I had confirmed, mind you... this is Vitamin C, a product they have at hand, not a product that was ordered specifically for me which I would have understood if I didnt show they would have had to eat the cost of the medication. these people are very cold hearted, dont care about their patients, they only care about volume and money, take your business elsewhere, you will eventually be dissapointed and left out to dry! I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone I know! One more issue I forgot to mention, when i would ask to schedule my appointment, front desk would say " that time slot is booked, our schedule for that day is full... after persisting for an appointment for that day, they would make you feel as if they were doing you a favor by "fitting you in" when the appointment day finally came, there was NO ONE in the IV room, how can they claim to be "full" when there was honestly no one in the IV room. These people are pathetic, they dont care about their patients one bit, go somewhere else."

"I went to him two years ago for a consultation. The office was chaotic and he couldn't find my chart. He basically told me that I have a very serious disease, wrote a couple supplements (that I was already taking) on a piece a paper and told me that maybe the Miami Cancer Instituted could help me. He showed 0% interest in wanting to have anything to do with me. And then he took $250 from me. I was very disappointed in that experience, if you can't help me, don't tell me on the phone to come in! Yes we work with cancer patients all the time! Only to dismiss me and take my money for what? I could never recommend this place for someone who has cancer or other serious illnesses. 6/12/2018 In response to Dayton Dandes Medical Center, I have been trying to take care of myself, so was not able to leave reviews when i was first diagnosed, but now after having some really horrible experiences, I want to try to do some reviews share great care or to protect other people from bad care. So no, I am not mistaken, it was not another clinic, and it doesn't surprise me that you can't find my file, the doctor couldn't find it either. But yes we got there and it was pouring rain, then was asked to put some parking pass in our car, so had to run out in the pouring rain, just a really dumb thing to make your clients do - especially if it is pouring rain. Sound familiar? Like other reviews I read online, it sounds like I am not the only one.... I found Dayton Dandes information on an alternative cancer website listing him as an option for holistic/alternative cancer care, that is what prompted me to write the review, but after reading some of the other reviews, I see he in no longer taking cancer patients, thank God! And I see you all are working diligently to get your google ratings up, easy money doing anti-aging ivs and cosmetic injections....I am not going to call this office for anything, but you are more than welcome to return the money you took."

"I recently became a patient of Dr Dayton and was pleasantly surprised to find that he and his staff are trained in and practicing a number of different disciplines and modalities. The utilization of western medicine alongside holistic practices gives the patient a much better outlook for recovery than the typical cookie cutter medical mill we so often see these days. This is a better form of medicine. I highly recommend it. The staff is warm and caring and very efficient. The environment is pleasant. 5 stars!"

"****CHECK REVISION AT BOTTOM*****At first I had issues with the cost of an appointment. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. They accepted my policy even though I did not receive my insurance card in the mail on time. The facility is clean and well taken care of. With my short ten minute wait i witnessed multiple staff members cleaning the door nobs and glass. ******Revised*****I am sure the manager was informed of my issues. I was contacted back by the office, I would be refunded to the appropriate amount of the flat rate plus an additional percentage off for the inconvenience . I really appreciate the integrity and the care to take care of their patients not only physically but financially . I will definitely be going back."
