"The doctor’s at the ER acts as though they get paid on how fast you can see a patient’s, I remember being treated in a chair next to a room. This last time I was treated in the ER waiting room. But billed like I had a room to talk to the doctor privately. Most definitely will not go back to this hospital!!!! Everyone is rude. They move fast for Uber eats but slow for patient’s. ER care at it’s worst!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!!"

"Before my friend of almost three decades passed away he was a member of the Medical Facility, they gave him such wonderful loving care with dignity. The owners grandson whom I call Mario but his name is similar to Mario in Spanish. Mario personally drove My Friend Mark Vannatta RIP, to his hospital visits. They always coffee this was way back when many local such facilities did not offer this benefit, of course I had that service from way back also at my doctors in Mt. Sinai Hospital Medical building. They offered hot lunch daily. The doctors took their time and didn’t give the impression that they had better things to do, they gave him full attention with loving, professional care. Even after Mark had passed away, during the beginning of the Pandemic, I was very anxious and as I got out of my car parked next to one of Florida Medical Centers doctors I asked did he think they were really going to shut everything down and do all those things being said on WhatsApp in my GHS class of 1975 chat? He listened to my concerns, showed me compassion by saying many people were coming for visits with the same concerns that I had. His advise was to listen to my medical professional and the authorities and continue going to Church if possible. However he recommended I cut back on the social media and I deleted WhatsApp and stopped going on FB everyday. I happen to reside at the same location as this facility. Many of my neighbors use this facility and have expressed their gratitude for Florida Medical Center Group"

"Not very satisfied with the lack of urgency in securing a specialist for my mother. It's going on 3 weeks and no appointment yet. On another note my mother was under the impression that Yanet Perez was a doctor when in fact she's ARNP (advanced practice registered nurse). There is nothing wrong with that but let patients know."
