"Long waits followed by rushed doctor consults, followed by another wait for referrals. Doctor doesn't even do the usual checks on ankles or under neck. 90 seconds total in room. Total time in office 1hr 20min. From the 4 referrals, 2 had wrong phone numbers for the office so couldn't even make appointments until googled new office numbers. And all FOUR (4) referral offices had wait times for an appointment greater than 1 MONTH away. Incredible how long you have to wait for a specialist when ur using Memorial's poor man insurance and staying in their network. No wonder their ERs are so full. Its the failure of these primary care doctors do treat people timely and accurately when you finally see them. And good luck getting treatment for pain. Even with cancer im waiting 6 weeks to get a script for anything stronger than over the counter meds. Ignore my review and take your chances but remember this as you sit WAITING in their waiting room for third rate service, you were warned."

"Where one goes when one doesn't have access to healthcare. Memorial Health offers a program that helps with medical expenses for adults. Lots of paperwork involved but well worth the effort if one needs medical care covered."

"My wife had a sinus infection and needed antibiotics. She went to Memorial Healthcare and had good service. The doctor visited her for a few minutes. He was very nice. The nurse was very nice. We were charged $400+ at the front desk, which we gulped at and then paid. After 2 weeks received another bill for $600. I don't know what recourse we have, but I don't intend to pay this, as we did not even receive $400 worth of treatment, albeit the personnel was friendly. They're supposed to be friendly. In other countries this situation has cost us a $5 trip to the pharmacy."
