Labcorp at Walgreens

"I checked in at my appointment time 11:15 I waited patiently for him to finish with the previous appointment. Then instead of him taking me he went on break till 12:30 so I waited over an hour for a simple blood draw. I was late for work. This is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. The worst experience ever. Idk if it’s all labcorp facilities but now that I know I will continue going to quest because this is absolutely ridiculous."

"Quick and clean room. Went in for blood work. Didn’t catch his name but the Cuban guy attended me. Asked him to use the small needle because the bigger one leaves my vein super bruised and in pain, he said “no you’re going to see it’s not going to happen with me” proceeded to use the big one, no blood came out. I asked for the small one because I’ve had that problem before. He had a know it all attitude, if I’m asking for the small one why can’t you just use the small one? Couldn’t find a vein and so used the vein from my hand with the small needle…. Why couldn’t this have happened the first time I asked? Only took one tube of blood because my blood came out really slowly. Didn’t tell me to check if the information on the sticker was correct, didn’t have the tubes ready he kind of just grabbed as he went. I don’t even know it one tube is enough for the exams sent…. I’m really hurt that a simple request of a small needle was met with his ego of “no I’m good at what I do and won’t listen to you” and come to show he isn’t."

"Unfortunately I didn’t fill up the cup and wasn’t prepared. This wasn’t the issue though it was the fact that she threw my urine in the sink instead of the toilet, same sink she has everyone wash there hands. Definitely not going back."
