"I’m so disappointed. She seemed competent at the office visits but my son is without medication I was asked to schedule a telehealth appointment. She then assured me that the medication would be called in. Still nothing I was a medical assistant for many years. I would have never had a job had I neglected to call in Rx. ."

"i cant stress enough to not utilize this provider. she has a way of demoralizing you and gas lighting. after 3 attempts to actually get an appointment, i was directed to use telehealth, basically zoom for Dr appointments. after waiting on the site for 20 minutes, i called the number and she only answered because she was expecting a call from a pharmacy. i expressed how this was unprofessional and after going back and forth i was told she cant treat me."

"Terrible. Office looked dingy, unprofessional and unclean. Receptionist was polite, though. The "Doctor" saw me 20 minutes late and then I felt rushed because she wouldn't let me finish my sentences while I answered the questions SHE asked me. Also, she tried to prescribe a beta-blocker heart medication(??) to help me "ween off" my klonopin that I had been prescribed to by an ACTUAL HOSPITAL-AFFILIATED PSYCHIATRIST two days prior. She treated me as if I were some sort of junkie and talked to me about my "withdrawals" because she couldn't comprehend that a low dose does not work for me. She is unprofessional and difficult to trust, also the office just isn't appealing and doesn't help her case either. If you aren't confident in knowing what medications to take for your mental health please consult an actual psychiatrist instead of a nurse practitioner who doesn't even bother to listen to your concerns and just throws a random medication at you to make money."

"I have requested my medical records for more than 80 days and each time I have called I am either told that it was pending, that there was no request for it at all, or I can't get them unless I have an appointment with them. Dr. Gillespie herself didn't even take care of me thankfully, she was the one who couldn't explain to me why I can't get my records and has threatened to hang up on me because I didn't understand. She also has hung up on me and NOW doesn't want to pick up the phone as I am trying to call back. They continously are giving me the run around and walking all over my rights to have my medical records. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR she doesn't care about no one but HERSELF."
