"One of the most unpleasant experiences I have had in my life has been being a patient of this doctor, without any ethical or human quality. My emotional situation became complicated and when I told him how I felt in the most inhuman way he replied that he couldn't help me because he couldn't risk me falling because I was already in my nineties (I had to go to Google and discovered that that meant being 90 years old). I am a 78-year-old woman, I run from Monday to Friday and I am not a nonagenarian as he disparagingly calls me. Finally he told me that if I wanted to come back and if not, I wouldn't come back. Unusual!!!"
