"They have no idea what they’re doing, never helped my child, I got sick and tired of the incompetency so I canceled with them. Other downside is that you can’t just cancel apparently, they have to meet with you and drill you a million questions as to why you’re canceling but then tell you at the end that you can always come back. They’re the ones that definitely need help."
