"I’ve been waiting over two weeks for Dr. Vickki-Ann to return a requested phone call. I’ve been seeing her long before Covid-19 early 2018 I believe. I had a delinquent bill for $129 that I was unaware ;not until it was time to rebook for prescription that I need. Unfortunately, the billing coordinator is extremely rude and unprofessional. I guess mental health is really not a priority"

"Weirdest doctor I've ever been too. Been going there a year, she prescribes me the most random meds without discussing with me at. Says she's ordered one med then when I go to pick them up it's something completely unrelated. Last time she ordered clonopine, a benzo! Never took that in my life and it is completely unrelated to my disorder, also she's never once mentioned the name. So I guess she a good doctor if you want narcotic medication."

"I switched to this psychiatrist a while back and really appreciate both Dr. Samuel and Ms. Claudine (PA). They are professional, warm, friendly, and listen to your concerns. They work with you to adjust medication as needed and provide excellent care. Support staff is also very friendly. The location is easy to get to, but it took me a little bit to locate the suite (the hallways all look the same), so you will want to leave early enough to give yourself time to find it."
