"I don’t know how this place has over 2 stars. They literally missed a telemedicine appointment and when I pointed it out after waiting over an HOUR (even called out of work), they just laughed it off and offered to reschedule DAYS later. What doctor’s office does that?! On top of that I urged them to please send a time-sensitive referral the same day and they ignored it , skipped Friday which led to lost time over the weekend. So unprofessional and lackluster. If you care anything for your relatives keep them away from this mediocre office, they simply don’t care"

"I took my father to get vaccinated at the Conviva in Miami Lakes; I was pleasantly surprised. Grace was very nice. She explained all the benefits of getting the vaccine to my dad. The place was super clean and, the staff was very attentive from the beginning of our visit to the end. It was all very organized. In general, a great experience."

Grace, the CA I believe, was professional and made sure everyone was properly taken care of the whole time. Nadia was working with us personally, and she made sure that she asked all necessary questions and mentioned any concerns. The entire clinic seemed like a family and everything was amazing!
