"I had an allergic reaction to the eye serum after buying all their products. I called the number for the company 5 times and even left a message for the operator!! I finally got virtual help, stepped away to write it down and they were gone. I cannot initiate another conversation. For such a good and expensive product they do not stand behind it and customer service I truly believe they try to wear you down. I found a good product with one bad reaction. What a shame this is how they take care of problems!!"
