"Im not surprised to read this negative reviews, because I just witnessed myself today when I called to schedule an appointment. I called and a lady answered," Pls hold" and then hung up. I called again and another lady answered or the same one.I told her that I was looking to schedule an appointment to see an Ophthalmologist doctor.After I gave all the information she asked me for, she stated, " ok pls hold" after I was on hold for minutes,I think another lady came on the phone by asking "How can we help you?".I started to explain that I was making an appointment and the other lady put me on hold", when she also hung up the phone without saying anything. I called again and someone was just hanging up. When I was talking to the first lady,I heard they were arguing with each other and the lady just put me on hold without even saying anything. This is so unprofessional,and yes, "Hell No, I'm not even going to try to get an appointment with this Doctor. An old say "The first impression tells you everything".I cant believe how unprofessional they ca be?."

"It's very rare you walk into a Doctors office and the entire staff is exceptional. So CHEERS to the Center for Ophthalmology and Laser Surgery! From the time you are greeted by Lisa, examined by Kevin, checked out by Samantha and finally work with Walter the Optician, you feel like you are their number one patient. Fortunately, I didn't have to see Dr. Loefler, so I can't comment on his professionalism, but I am sure he is great too! Thank you for all you do to help people feel comfortable and be seen!
