"Stopped by first time and let polite staff know I needed a form signed for a sport. Most walk in places are around $70... when she said $150 for new patients, they kindly inquired for me if this was a one time visit, that's the cost. The doctor was loud behind the door and said "well she can go somewhere else!!!!". Overheard him and staff mumbled how uncomfortable it was to tell me so I left."
