"Great office and great people. I needed an annual checkup to make sure all of my years in the Florida sun weren’t going to kill me. When I made the appointment I asked them to email me the paperwork so I didn’t have to sit in the office and fill it out. I waited 2 minutes to be seen. Once in the room the doctor came in within 5 minutes. Dr. Rubenstein was very knowledgeable and professional, answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the visit before he left. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes total. I will definitely be back."

"I had an appointment at this office on 16 June 2020. Upon checking out, the front desk requested my co--pay. I informed the office that my insurance company (United Healthcare) has waived co-pays for all specialist physicians until 30 September. The office staff refused to accept this information and refused to call United to verify. I paid the co-pay, even though I knew it was not necessary. I was told by the office staff to "take it up with the billing service. They run the office". Well I have tried since 16 June to deal with the billing staff and have gotten nowhere. The practice has been paid by the insurance company for my visit AND I paid for the visit. In actuality they've been paid twice for the same visit and I'm not getting my $$ back for something I should not have paid for. The physician I see at this practice is wonderful and I will surly miss her. I cannot continue to be a patient of an office that is so dismissive of a patients right. At this point I am at a loss as to what to do. The billing company says the refund needs to go through their process (now almost 8 weeks) and the office staff refuses to advocate for me, the patient."
