"My son and I went here for the first time I believe it was Spring of 2023 and the front desk women were very polite to us. Then we met the psychiatrist and her name was Michele Byrd .She learned that we did follow the steps and spoke with therapist that was very nice and took our evaluation and recommended us to these offices.Michele was very interested in listening to my adult child and evaluating what he goes through everyday in daily routine and thoughts and life.We were sent another letter to begin therapy and we return .soon to see Michele Byrd .UPDATE Dec 2023- 5 stars again!!! Started therapy with Briana Kurtis and my son absolutely feels comfortable with her and gets a lot of things out that need to be discussed and she really helps.We had previous therapist Pavel that we did not mesh well with but the supervisor Marion rectified the situation and we were givenTherapist Kurtis.All is well.Have had a few difficulties with the tele-health but the office is happy to fix any issues Andrea is very helpful and the office staff has been helpful whenever we call. We had a car accident couple maths back and the office even called to check on our well being.That is above and beyond to me. This facility is a great and helps Parents that have children with issues whatever age they are.We continue on with Michele Byrd my son loves her he says every time he talks to her.She really cares about her clients.We also continue weekly with Briana Kurtis that my son says is great and really listens and responds well with him.This place has been a great place for our family and we have referred them to friends and family."

"Dr Fred Jean!! Is the best !! He cares and listens to me. Also Dr Edgardo is really, really nice and listens to me also!! It looks like an old building, but the people inside, care about people."

"Have been there only once and the therapist was good but not the greatest thing in the world, biggest and huge no to avoid this place is the unpleasant and unbearable desk lady that literally talks to you and gives you a nasty attitude every time you call. Not only she doesnt know how to operate her own computer, she messes up appointment times and schedules, doesn’t understand well directions nor explanations and wastes your time making an single simple appointment , I mean there is no need for me to be sitting on the phone with someone 15-20 making an appointment and basically directing her what’s going on on the conversation and having to repeat entire conversations to her. Not only all that she even gets to the point on leaving you on hold for minutes and for no reason. Someone as miserable as her on her job and that can’t operate the schedule system nor that have retention of information nor patience should be working there specially as scheduling secretary. Rather trying to find other place to be honest. Never been ageist on my life but I guess this is a first time, shouldn’t that lady be like retired or something like that by now?"

"INSURANCE SCAM Tried making an appointment for my child and was told that all patients have to be evaluated by their psychiatrist before they will offer consoling services. They got very rude and snappy once I let them know I was not willing to have my child evaluated for medication before the first appointment. Never before encountered a mental health center that tries to force pills at a kid with no diagnosis or history"
