"I went to careSpot Urgent Care on January 21 in the a.m. in Pompano Beach, Florida. I had a 10 AM appointment. I was greeted by a rude receptionist that copped an attitude because I didn’t have my insurance card physically with me but I had a picture of it. She told me I had to email it to her. Their email is 75 words long. When she actually got the email. She told me she couldn’t read it, I said, why don’t you look at my picture in my phone. She said that’s unacceptable. So I tried to email it to her again. Once again, it bounced back. I tried and tried again. I was standing there for 10 minutes. Totally frustrated I said can’t you just look at my picture on my phone then all of a sudden she said yes. I asked her why she didn’t do that first when I offered her the picture. She just looked at me again in a rude manner. People were coming in. She was just as rude to them as she was to me. I went back to sit down. I waited I waited. I waited and at 10:45. I asked her how much longer. She said I don’t know. There’s patience back there, I said, can you give me a ballpark. She said no but you’re the next one to go back. Then she asked me for my co-pay I said I’m not going to pay you until I get called back I’m not sitting here for two hours. I told her I will pay my copayment when I am called back. She told me I had to pay prior to be seen. I said I have no problem with that I will pay you when I’m called. She informed me that was not the policy then she gave me a dirty look and was just as rude as she was when I walked in so I told her I’m leaving. Believe the reviews about this place. It’s horrible. It’s not disgruntled patients. It’s really poor customer service, especially the receptionist that was working on January 21, 2024 at 930am. She literally did not say please thank you to anyone that walked in that clinic."

"Sinus infection. I made an appointment online in the middle of the night for noon that day at the Pompano Beach location. I arrived at 11:50. I had all my vitals taken. I was tested for both the seasonal flu and Covid. I then was examined and diagnosed by the Nurse Practitioner who E-scribed an antibiotic prescription to my local pharmacy. Paid my $50 copay. And walked out the door at 12:10. I was there a total of 20 minutes. Very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend."
