"My therapy was a ‘three times a week’ cycle for my right knee replacement training. Needless to say the pain and fear completely cracked my comfort zone. That comfort zone was quickly repaired and fortified by the soothing words of Max and Kyle who took the time and patience to thoroughly explained the procedures and the details of my therapy as well as those which could be done  at home on the off-therapy  days. Through their caring professionalism, I grew to understand the term “No Pain No Gain” and made it my battle cry as I successfully shot down every barrier, which threatened the path toward my recovery!
