He was extremely kind and patient while helping me schedule appointments for myself and my mother. other doctor's offices employees usually be rude or sound like they don’t have time for you. His exceptional customer service and kindness made a lasting impression on me. I am grateful for his assistance and can’t wait to meet our new doctor."

"Their new patients are 3 months out so I made an appointment and patiently waited. Never received a confirmation call or email the week before my appointment. I drop my son off at 8:30 to school so I made the appointment for after. Thankfully I called that morning because they had an incorrect time and then wouldn’t schedule me out for the next 3 months. Incredibly frustrating that the front desk can ruin your experience. Time to find yet another primary."

"It's sad because the doctors are good here, but the office staff is the worst and it's not worth putting up with a horrible office staff when there are so many other good doctors in the area with a great staff. A Doctor is only as good as his staff, so I am moving on to easily find another provider who has an office staff that is polite and attentive to my needs."

"I’ve been a patient here for years. Never had an issue with my prescriptions or payments until yesterday. Up until they changed management, you could pay your balance with the patient portal; and now I’m denied service the day of my visit since now they require payment before being seen. Never in the state of Florida are you denied care for nonpayment. Especially when your balance before is already zero. Even for a telehealth visit to FIX A SCRIPT, not obtain a new one. My third refill was never filled. Just sent out to my pharmacy, instead of it being corrected I was forced to waste my Drs. time just telling him everything was okay for a few minutes although I already did my annual this year. I never got my third refill and it seemed like an excuse to charge me something for just filling out my scripts. Dr. Bergmann is very professional and very thorough and it pains me to see his time wasted and improperly managed do too poor administration. I hope they get it together."

"The worst experience I’ve had with office staff of any medical center - and I have been to several. I called and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Baggett in February and was put on the wait list for May 1st. I was looking for a specific physician, and was willing to wait that long to see her. I arrive at my appointment, and after listening to multiple people in the wait room complain to the office staff for their inadequacies for 30 minutes, they take me to the back for a different physician. I inquired about the mix up, knowing I 100% scheduled with Dr Baggett, and the very very nice nurse went to the front to ask the office staff. They came back with several excuses, saying my information was incorrect and I scheduled with the other physician. Again, she comes back, advocating for me and making sure that I was sure in my statement. The office staff said they were “completely sure” I scheduled myself with the physician I was on the schedule for. I specifically chose this DR because she was a young woman - and they placed me with a male. I know I didn’t request him - and I was very specific with the office staff about what I was seeking when I called in February. I brushed off the bad office staff reviews here and hoped it was something that they had gotten resolved. Even the nursing staff in the hall seemed unsurprised, but nonetheless disappointed, in the front desk’s screw up. Regardless of the quality of physicians, their office staff is going to ruin their practice. I have learned my lesson and will listen to the reviews (or the people in the office when you’re waiting for the appointment) about office staff from now on."
