Reviews
"They have no respect for a patients time. Wait, wait, wait, and wait some more. Who do these people think they are? What are appointments for when you have to wait over 2 hours “after” your scheduled appointment. : (. : (. :( I think all the doctors in the Institute of sleep medicine are taking the medicine themselves."
"I only go here for the doctor exam and annual check ups, not the sleep study. I get the first appointment in the morning. Be aware, doctors need about 1 month to schedule. Dr. Santos is one of the few that takes private pay, aka cash. $115 for his rate at the time of this writing. Dr Santos is a nice doctor, easy to speak with. If you have lung conditions, be prepared to shell out an additional $31 cash for an x-ray for private payment."
"I haven't even been able to get the sleep study done due to low volume of equipment. My initial appointment was a month out and am now being told that one of the pieces of equipment is not working. How is a patient supposed to get properly diagnosed if the little equipment you have is not working? Clearly there is a high demand for it so why not actually prepare to handle those patients? Rescheduling for these reasons is highly unprofessional and shows lack of planning on behalf of the establishment. It sets your staff up for failure as they can only work with the tools they are provided."
