"I have emailed therapists before asking about rates for a session, usually they email back once, with an answer to my question. Sent these guys an email over a week ago and they have called me daily since. Always while I'm at work. I even blocked the number and they still somehow get through to my voice-mail. Don't make the mistake of reaching out, you've turned off a potential customer with the nonstop calls."

"Just terrible. They charge $150.00 for an intake appointment done by an MA. In actuality, this is just an 150.00 charge to schedule an appointment with a doctor. Then you find out the Doctor you would like to see isn't available for new patients. So I gave them a 150.00 for them to tell me the specialist I would like to see isn't available. Just awful. Thieves."

"I have been a psychiatrist patient for the past decade plus. I just moved to Florida and found this center to be very sketchy. Harmony Bay gatekeeps all psychiatric and therapy related information until you pay them 150-200$ for a basic intake. I need medication now because I lost contact with my old psych and was happy that HBW reached out so fast after I filled out the online phone call. In fact, they reached out twice which I appreciated. But every question I had was met with “I can’t tell you that” So I asked when I could see a doctor after the intake appt, I was stonewalled. Why would I pay for an intake without knowing if your waitlist is 3 weeks long or 3 months or longer? Why can’t I know the names of your clinicians so I can ask for which one is best for me? Why won’t you discuss your sliding scale with me until after I pay you for an intake, then wait months for a medication appointment? I’d love to hear back from Harmony Bay and will amend this comment if I find any information or communication to change my view. I’ve been calling around trying to find a local psych or psych center that can help me and aside from probably being unhelpful for me, this place just sounds strange. I would cautious people to look deeper into this company as will I and how it runs treating some of our society’s most vulnerable — those of us with mental health issues"

"The website is very misleading "Telehealth and In-person appointments available at all of our outpatient mental health facilities". As of Sept 2023, they did not offer in person appointments. All of the Florida staff on the website list that they accept BCBS which is also not true. I already made the effort of contacting them so I decided to go forward with becoming a patient since the self pay rate was at the lower end of what i've seen. I have no complaints about the intake appointment. During my first real therapy appointment, I didn't feel like I was being listened to and felt judged by the therapist's facial expressions. On Monday, I tried calling the office at 5pm to ask to be switched to another therapist and the automated system let me be on hold for 45mins. I also tried the option of 'hold your place in line and you'll get a callback'. If no one answers calls after 5pm, the automated system should send you to voicemail or tell you the hours they accept calls. The next morning I called at 8:55am and my call got transferred twice but after 15mins I was able to cancel my appointments. I decided against asking to be assigned to another therapist since it was such a hassle getting someone on the phone."
