"I had a bi-level disc replacement a year ago. I have went to all of my follow up appointments, and never have seen the actual surgeon again. One artificial disk is off center(no pain or problems yet)I am due for my one year follow up/release. They called and cancelled my first appointment 1 day prior so I rescheduled. 1 day before this appointment they called to cancel and said they no longer take my insurance, that moving forward I am cash pay and want to refer me elsewhere. It makes me sad about there treatment of me after surgery."

"Worst ever!!! Poor communication, I wasted time and money with them. They scheduled my surgery, I did all my clearance procedure… called to the surgery center and learned that I was not in schedule. No one from the office communicated that to me. All of them are happy and I am in pain plus I spend a lot of money between buying flight tickets for my family to take care of me, money in lab works and x ray… there is a huge administration problems.."

"PA - Selina was a-mazing during my 1st initial appointment. The staff was excellent with taking care of me from the time I stepped in to my exit. It means a lot to me that they were all personable, respectful and extremely understanding towards, all I've been through and my needs. Allowing me to explain in detail all of my medical concerns that brought me in and Selina truly expressed her gratitude of me coming in as it was hard to do and showed empathy to all I've been through. A smile says a lot to me and that office was full of them! Thank you American Spine & Orthopedic for allowing me to come in and wanting to help me. This journey I'm on to a better life has been physically, mentally and emotionally draining on me, leaving to think there's no hope of survival. "Horrible experience… patients are to be taken care of in a timely manner. Please if you will ever do anything right for your health do not schedule here. Your injury matters and so does where you go to treat that injury. Be mindful of how you are treated and how unprofessional the staff are. It is not ok to not be treated for your injury just because they want to reschedule many times and never treat the problem correctly. Please be mindful that your insurance may pay the bill but it’s not right when you have had everything scheduled and completed and yet they want you to keep coming back and not properly provide the services needed. I had to seek another Surgeon due to their inconsistency and having not provided the correct treatment. Take care of you and please do not choose them. I now have further injuries due to their level of care being so inconsistent."
