"My experience with the nurses, Dr and anesthesiologist was beyond excellent. They were very attentive, made sure I was comfortable and they answered all my questions. The bill pay process could use some work. At the last minute I was told I needed to pay a few hundred dollars. I did not receive prior notification about additional payment needed before my procedure. That was extremely unsettling. They need to do a better job of communicating with the patient so that there are no surprises on the day of the procedure. The billing staff needs more people skills training and not be so matter-of-fact about the patient needing to pay now."

"The OR staff was absolutely phenomenal. They were very compassionate towards my apprehension of being put to sleep for the very first time. I experienced a high level of professionalism by everyone. "Smooth check in. Quick prep. Went quickly to room for treatment. Nurses and doctors were ideal. Recovery was attentive, and was finished in 1 hour 45 minutes. I know that won’t always happen time wise, but it was so perfect this visit."

"Dr. Ellis and all the nurses, and front desk were very pleasant and professional with me. The procedure itself went smoothly. The only snag was when the scheduling department who updated my phone number a month ago either did not communicate with the front desk about my new phone number, or it was just not updated by the front desk. I found out the day of the procedure that the front desk did not have my updated phone number and tried reaching me a few days before my procedure. Hence, I did not receive any communication from the front desk prior to the day of my procedure. The scheduling office clearly stated to me that the front desk will call and send text messages a few days before the procedure. I did not receive any communication from the front desk, since they called my old phone number; not my updated one. Everything else was great!!"
