"I am very happy with Dr Tapia, María and the staff, especially Tiffany at your West Palm Beach location. I have always had excellent care and appreciate their compassionate and respectful approach to my concerns and their willingness to offer alternative treatments, not just medication. I do, however, have a problem with your corporate communication system. It is almost impossible to ever get in contact with anyone actually in the office or to get any kind of reliable information from the always changing answering staff that man your phones. On several occasions I have had the filling of my prescriptions delayed because of misinformation or just plain negligence on behalf of these people that are the frontline communications for your practitioners. It is extremely frustrating and quite honestly causing me to question whether I should seek out another provider for my treatment. That would be a shame because like I said in the beginning, I am very happy and completely confident in Dr Tapia and his staff. I hope that someone actually reads this message and will find it worthwhile to reach out to me to discuss the issues I have described, I welcome your insight."

"Doctor Tapia is wonderful. Down to earth, relatable with great listening skills. Office staff is great as well. Bianca & Tiffany are standouts. HOWEVER, if you want to call a local office, forget about it!!! Impossible to get past the call center. When they say they'll transfer you, no one ever picks up. Very frustrating and counter productive. Rescheduling at a call center is fine. If I say I want to speak with someone at a particular office. PLEASE JUST TRANSFER THE CALL. Catch the fallen star."
