"Based on phone calls today, two rude people at this office. I pressed #7, for spanish, an English rep came on the line and i asked her for a Spanish speaking interpreter and right before she got the interpreter she made a hmmmm sound. I told her it was very rude and unprofessional, they hung up the phone. Second lady was nice, my mom spoke to her but she also hung up before my mom was done speaking. Why hang up on people? If they have no patience for older people, maybe they should work somewhere else."

"A doctor can be the best in the world, but if their office staff doesn't care about the patients it doesn't matter I have been trying to get this staff to assist with what is not your routine case, and because it has caused them a bit more work than usual I cannot get an appointment with another doctor out of state to get her treated. Remember that when you go to a doctor most of your interactions are with their staff, and that could make all the difference for a patient. NO ONE who is sick should be made to feel that they are bothering the staff when all they want to do is get well."

"As a new patient, I was recommended to pulmonologist Dr. Pena-Hernandez on behalf of my daughter. Though the wait time for appointments was a bit challenging (>1mo), I was persistent, even calling for a cancellation, but it paid off because I was able to see him the same day thanks to someone canceling. Great atmosphere in terms of the front desk. Very professional and very knowledgeable office staff. I have to say that the review I am writing here is honestly for Dr Pena Hernandez. After our consultation, I was thrilled because he filled with hope and showed me so much support. He was honest, caring, kind and knew exactly what he was talking about. I thank God for him and his nurse Nancy who was outstanding. I can't leave Nina behind because had it not been for her, I wouldn't have seen him today.
