HCA Florida JFK Primary Care

"Do not waste your time. I do not understand this office. Everyone is pleasant and tells you what you want to hear in person. However, 1) the patient portal does not work at all 2) Not 1 single time did they send a referral to the appropriate lab or specialist after promising me they had already done so. I have to see several specialists a week and am physically disabled and have difficulty getting to appointments as it is. I have to cancel/reschedule every single time I go for bloodwork or to a specialist appointment without fail! Sometimes 3 appointments in a day! I don’t know what the point of having a primary care doctor is if this is how they treat their patients. They should be shut down."

"I'm here for my annual well check up. The reception area is clean and not busy. I am greeted quickly and friendly but the staff. Paperwork update was a Breeze. I was called back in less than 10 minutes. Friendly medical assistant took my vitals and set me up in a room. Dr. Michelle Lopez arrived quickly. She greeted me with a warm smile and handshake. She performed a thorough examination and sent me on my way. Great medical skills and comforting mannerism. Very professional medical practice. THANK YOU!!"
