"This is one of the worst office experience I've had. I went to the doctor with excruciating pain from a torn disc. The doctor ordered MRI, which the office forgot to submit. I had to call several times to expedite. Once I had the mri results, the nurse met with me to tell me about the tear, but didn't indicate any details on what I should do going forward. Then, I received a bill from the Lab for some tests I've never done. To make matters worse, it's impossible to find someone who can actually explain what the charges are for. It seems like they use a third party calling system and no one has access to the information nor can they transfer me to someone who can help. Absolutely frustrating."

"This place is terrible the way to sometimes up to 3 to 4 hours and they make you show up in an hour early. If you ever need to get anybody on the phone, good luck it’ll never happened. They use an answering service with one woman picking up the phone and some other country being in pain is rough and frustrating enough without having to deal with a doctors this bad"

The doctor is arrogant, unprofessional, and simply nasty to me the other patients and he doesn’t care to put it in your face! There is absolutely nothing special about this doctor! Simply that! I truly recommend people who is reading this review to reconsider before visiting this nasty facility. They couldn’t care less for you, and they are actually upset when a patient comes in.
