"They did not disclose that looking up my nose would be 347 dollars. co pay was 5 dollars. told me at the fromt it 250 then sent a bill for 347/I thought that what ENTs actually did. said it was something different to see if i was a candidate for surgery that I never asked for. I went in to get my ears cleaned out as per my audiologist. My co pay was suppsed to be 5 dollars. Go anywhere else. This is a new thing doctors offices do. They do things to you without disclosure."

"Wow $230.00 for a new patient office visit and $410.00 for a nasal endoscopy?! I understand the office visit and I wouldn’t even be upset about it, but the cost for these items was not disclosed prior and the endoscopy was performed without even asking or indicating there would be a $410.00 charge for it. As far as I knew, it was part of a routine exam. Bad practice in my opinion. As a consumer, I like to know how much things are and what I’m getting for my money before I decide to buy it. I’m blown away by medical practices that operate as if they can do and charge whatever they want without consumers shopping around for better prices. If you want to charge outrageous prices fine, but at least let your patients know before blindsiding them with a huge bill. Had I known this exam would be $600.00 I would have gone elsewhere. I see a lot of specialists and this was definitely not anywhere near average cost. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable, but I will looking for another specialist."

Dr. Formichetti helped me find ear plugs to protect my ears from occasional loud noises, that would still allow me to hear the softer sounds that I need to be able to discern.
