"I hate to do this as I have been coming here for about 3 years and used to love it. I used to see Satie, but it seems as since she has left, the practice has gone downhill. The medical staff is generally very kind and compassionate, and Maria Reyes was great today, but the front office staff is who needs to learn how to speak to patients in a more reasonable manner. You are dealing with people with physical and emotional wellness conditions, and I have felt so disrespected by their team the last two days in an attempt to make and pay for an appointment. Additionally, I am highly frustrated at how difficult it now is for me to get a medication refill for a medication I have been on for a year with no issues. Finally, the wait times are out of control. I do understand sometimes medical offices can get backed up, but patients also have other priorities and for me personally, I set aside 15min for a telehealth appointment. What ended up happening was 15min worth of phone calls prior to this appointment, and an additional 30min wait past my original appointment time. For a medication refill for a medication I have been taking for a year... It's been an incredibly frustrating process."

"Disappointed honestly. I really enjoy speaking with the doctors however every time it’s over an hour wait. I just waited over an hour for a 2:45 pm appointment and the receptionist called saying they tried to call me, as if the wait was my fault. I genuinely couldn’t believe it since I’ve been sitting at my computer for an hour waiting for them. I will not be returning to this practice, it’s just the lack of empathy honestly that doesn’t deserve to help people."

"We are waiting currently.. my husbands appointment was for 2pm… My husband went in at 1:45pm… its now 4:08pm and we are still waiting. Furious isnt even the word for it. OVER 2 HOURS. And dr. Menon isnt even here anymore and they dont call you and tell you because i found out when i went in for my appointment last month, i could of at least been told when i went for blood test the week before. The staff is very nice and i have no complaints for them but over 2 hours is not worth it."

"Would rate 0 stars if possible. Was not seen by the doctor for over 1 hour and 15 minutes after my appt time. When I left the room to ask the front desk, they said the doctor is normally really behind, like that was an acceptable answer. Eventually I left without seeing the doctor at all. If you value your time, pick a different doctor."

"I don’t think I have ever had so much fun at a doctors appointment. Very down to earth, friendly, caring staff. Dr Bastien is very thorough, friendly and bubbly! Great personality - like talking to an old friend. It’s the first time in a long time I didn’t feel rushed out of an appointment. Highly recommend."
