"I thought that this place would be good ,I guess not how is it that a doctor takes almost two weeks to sign off on a referral I am leaving and I will take my mother with me as she also has this office. on top of Kelly in the referral department was so rude"

"Wonderful Office staff at this location. HOWEVER…the Entire Conviva Corporate in general, seems to be cloaked behind a series of misleading phone numbers where voice mail box is full, to phone numbers that attempt to REDIRECT you back to your Conviva office. They accept zero responsibility for being ineffectual in giving timely referrals as patient or specialists office requests. They seemingly do as they wish to do, which is diametrically OPPOSED to what is needed & necessary! I’d spent numerous occasions requesting referrals to specific Dr’s, only to wind up being given referrals to whom THEY CHOSE TO SEND ME TO. I called repeatedly & after six weeks time, finally got the correct referrals! Now again… two weeks have gone by, additional phone calls made, assurances given it would be done by the very next day, (last Friday, 10/20/23) only to find out today, 10/23/23…no authorization codes had been issued yet. This tells me that Conviva blatantly holds back on doing it’s job properly, in a TIMELY MANNER! They care nothing for their patients well-being as this seems to be the case. I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE WHO IS ON MEDICARE USING AN HMO D-SNP PLAN, to STEER CLEAR OF USING CONVIVA. It isn’t worth your health to go through so much disgusting & disgraceful red tape, until you are made more sick by continually waiting for paperwork to be processed to keep you healthy. Totally up to you, but their answer of having your referral “asap” is bogus. You’ll be lucky to get it after 3 months! And that’s with constant phone calls. I don’t know about you, but my time is as valuable as theirs or anyone else’s."
