"This place will mislead and misinform you causing a delay of months. If you are a veteran in a wheelchair that has no family or friends and absolutely requires scheduled transportation, they might not perform your scheduled operation. They will tell you the day before to come at 630am and you'll be ready by 830am. They will confirm your pickup time when you sign in the day of. They will ensure that you will be ready and that 830am pick up will be fine. However, when you finally get in the back, they will tell you they can't do the procedure due to your transportation. They won’t tell you what to do next. What more can one do. Getting everything arranged as informed by the kind people at Palms Wellington only to be told they can’t do your procedure. Working around everyone else’s schedule while sacrificing your own to get everyone’s schedule to fit only to find out it didn't matter because they don’t feel liable to their word. Instead, they will waste your time while extending the amount of time you'll be in pain. Be very careful when coming here. If you absolutely must, good luck. You'll need it. I highly recommend speaking to the scheduling nurse if there is a specific time. I personally had 4 nurses confirm and it didn’t matter. Also, get names so you know who told you what."
"Nice overall, but check in girl to the left, needed to act a little friendly and kinder"
"My husband and I arrived at 6am because he had a procedure scheduled. Once inside i was asked wss i checking in or was i with my husband, i said im with my husband. The female that was taking the temperatures told me that i could not stay and that i would have to go back home and come back when he was ready because they were limiting the amount of people in the waiting area. I understood this but when I looked and saw white people sitting together with a child we were a bit alarmed and clearly understood that she meant that they were limiting the amount of black people in the waiting area because clearly there was enough space to practice social distancing. This was another case of black people being stereotyped because of the color of our skin color .Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this situation ."
"I found everyone on the staff from the receptionist , the nurses and the doctor (Pedro) very courteous and professional. I was treated with care and consideration. Operations are never funny, but I had a few laughs before while waiting (can't really remember after...). Great place (if you need)."
