"Be careful. They overcharge then fight you for months if you question it. I was seen here on Jan 4 as a follow up to hospitalization for pneumonia. Spent about 20 minutes total with the doctor. They filed with my insurance, but by March I had not heard back. So I called and they said they needed more time for the insurance claim. They apparently didn't like how much insurance paid them under their contract, so they filed the same claim again with a different code. The insurance caught it and denied the duplicate claim, then Ascension sent me the bill for the total amount saying I had to pay because insurance wouldn't. I've spend nine months on the phone, had them lie and say they didn't file twice, had them change that story to they filed but to do a claim adjustment, and eventually had to have the insurance send them a formal letter telling them they had overcharged me. Now I'm fighting to get a refund. Don't go here. They will try to squeeze every dime out of you even when they know they are wrong, and if you catch them, they will try to wear you down with process after process to make you pay what they know you don't owe. Be wary and check every bill against the EOB from your insurance, then be ready for a fight if there is a discrepancy."

"I'm pleased with the services received. The reception team is great! I really like my Doctor but would have liked if his voice wasn't so loud and at times I felt like he talked over me... Perhaps I was asking too many questions? But I feel that my concerns are real. Overall, I believe that he is a good asn caring Doctor...I just like to feel comfortable talking freely with someone who handles my healthcare!"
