Employee stated they are not doing DOT exams; what she meant was SHE didnt want to do the Exam; Stated she's on a break from doing DOTs Physicals. Waste of time and disregard for time and travel, inconvenience. Hate leaving NEG reviews, Avoid wasting your time."

"I went in as a last minute visit because I wasn't feeling well. I was able to get in and out pretty easily and was given a lot of information on the cause of my illness (was hoping it was the flu...no such luck...COVID). I was able to get my meds, get all my questions answered and less than 24 hours later, I'm already seeing improvement. I would definitely go back to this Minute Clinic again."

"PLEASE READ, IT MAY SAVE YOU MONEY, STRESS, & A HEADACHE BEFORE COMING! I went there about 3 days ago with my mother for an emergency Covid exam because we were traveling the next day. The nurse practitioner, Camile, told us that the price for the exam as going to be $120 for everything. We accepted and waited to be seen. The nurse who did the exam for my mom was amazing, very nice and patient. After having the exam done, we went back to Camile to pay for the exam. Once we go there, Camile surprised us with a whooping $100 added fee. I asked her where that fee came from and she said that it was a fee for being seen. I was taken back and very upset that the price was going to be $220. I asked her why she couldn't tell me upfront every fee that was needed to pay. If she would have told me it was $120 for the exam + $100 for being seen , I definitely would not have done it. Her excuse was, "It's a new system, everything is new. We don't know the prices." WOW!! So I, the customer, have to pay for the unprofessionalism of this MinuteClinic? I declined to pay because I was never told about all the fees from the beginning and as I left, I called customer service to open up a case. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, LACK OF TRAINING, and VERY HARD TO BELIEVE that the nurses who work there 5 days a week for who knows how many hours, don't even "know their own prices." HORRIFIED with this place. Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else where they value professionalism."

"The clinician was exceedingly friendly and genuinely wanted to help, and the speed of getting an appointment was very convenient. Those are the two stars. Otherwise? Staff seemed /extraordinarily/ clueless about: -medical procedures, (for example, which vaccines are which, drawing blood), -their own office policies, -bedside manner (asking "does this seem right?" as they're sticking me with a needle ???? Just... wow.) I do NOT fault the clinician, CVS is fully liable for undertraining their staff. There is obviously a healthcare worker shortage, but CVS notoriously underpays their employees and can CERTAINLY afford to train those in charge of life and limb. I'm sure my commentary won't impact their policies, but save yourself from bodily injury and if you come, come knowing exactly what you need and how it should be performed."
