"This is a good spot. This is a clinic as the main VA is located in West Palm Beach but there is also another clinic just south of this located in Boca. Ample parking, automatic doors for wheelchairs but you should have an appointment before coming here."

"One of the most incompetent, rude, and overall lousy VA clinics I've seen. Saying they are unprofessional is an understatement. And that is impressive given the VA's reputation. Unless you want your appointment rescheduled 4 plus times, go somewhere else even if your doctor isn't there. They have zero care for their patients and will make your life as difficult as possible. I've never experienced medical care at such a low level. Every doctor and front desk person should be absolutely ashamed of themselves."

"My husband had a phone appointment today at 1:30 and when he received a phone call, they hung up immediately. My husband tried to return the call to no avail. The nurse’s extension rang forever but was never picked up. I tried to call the operator and the same problem occurred. The phone continued to ring incessantly but was never answered. This was at 1:45 and again at 2:00 pm this afternoon. How disrespectful and rude the VA has become. There is no excuse for this type of behavior. This never happened before and as a veteran, my husband and I are shocked and disappointed by today’s rudeness."
