"I really wanted to like this outfit but I am horribly dissapointed. The whole experience has left me a bit depressed. I am a new patient and saw the doctor on Tuesday. I just needed them to fill a simple non-narcotic, anti-viral, script. I saw the doctor and the doctor said "no problem" for the script and then it just went down hill from there. They said they would call it in before I left but it never happened. I could not get them on the phone and after 3-4 days, nothing. So holiday weekend here and they are no longer answering the phone and I am no closer to solving my medical issue than when I started."
