"Beware the copay. The woman at the front was very rude. One of the managers, I assume, laughed in my face when I told her I wasn't comfortable paying the copay through Zelle. She said her computer was slow and that I had to pay $150 at time of service no matter what. I said I preferred getting an official invoice for me to pay instead rather than send that much over Zelle, and she laughed at me. She was dressed unprofessionally and just had a rudeness about her I would not expect from someone who works healthcare. If you have Aetna, don't go here. Even though they accept Aetna, the drs here are Tier 3 and cost $150 just to see them for five minutes. I had booked right off the bat to do a conductive nerve study that my rheumatologist ordered, but instead I was directed to the doctor's desk to do a meet and greet and was told to come back in a month for a conductive nerve study. Even if I wanted to come back, I can't afford it anyway."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had in a medical office. Waited an hour and a half only for there to be no doctor physically in the office. I honestly thought they’d forgotten about me. I had a 3:30 appointment and was apparently the last patient of the day. Someone (maybe an MA, not sure because I received no introduction) called the doctor and I spoke with him on speakerphone for my appointment. I am pregnant and have a traumatic brain injury and it was not taken seriously. My symptoms were totally dismissed. I was told by the aforementioned woman to go to the hospital for my brain hemorrhage when I was already well aware of it and I had mentioned to other employees, during scheduling AND on my paperwork that I had already been hospitalized for this issue. One of the employees in the office appears to have some sort of developmental issue and I overheard an MA being rude to him. The whole encounter was super unprofessional. I would not recommend this office except for the receptionist with red hair who was pleasant."

"This place is an absolute joke. They don't listen, they don't care, and they don't answer the phone unless you call billing then you get an immediate answer which explains a lot about what type of people work here. I had some M.S tests and the doctor walks up poking Me with a needle rapidly not even explaining what he's doing. The process is very fast and unprofessional. He asks me about a bump on my arm which he poked and whem I go to answer he says "yeah yeah" cutting me off, ending the conversation/question he engaged and then walks out saying I can leave. No greeting, no hello, no explanation. Another female nurse or doctor walking around with heels is super rude. I told her about how I couldn't schedule an appointment because nobody answers the phone and she says "it's not my problem its your health". How can I schedule an appointment in an office with no receptionist to answer the phone? Here we are months later, I recieved a message feom the doctors office saying I have an appointment (I guess) but I can't understand anything the lady is saying in English or spanish. I'm trying to get an answer on the phone but it's impossible.(unless you call billing whom will tell you to call them later) If you see the doctor or nurse, they won't listen or care. I live far and had arrived here only to find out the doctor was on vacation during my last appointment. I called them to confirm because I recieved no confirmation about that appointment but nobody would answer. I drove 40 mins to a doctor's office with no doctor in it. Don't waste your time you WILL have the same problem. They want your money and that's it."

"I would read all the below reviews with 1 star. they are all accurate. the phone rings forever without a voicemail. the nurses are not nice AT ALL! I wish I had the name of the last one because she kept cutting me off and wouldn't even look at me in the face as If I had done something wrong! I can NEVER get a refill request even after I just went to be seen and she only gave me 1 month of prevention med but my follow up was scheduled 2 months later. so a whole month without medication (which was already approved by my insurance) and migraines have been so horrible Im scared driving. Definitely looking for another neuro. Stay away if you need serious medical attention this is not the place."

"I sat there for 2 hours only to be told I need to make an appeal to my insurance company. That could have been done over the phone and not cost me a copay. I also could not understand the doctor. The receptionist however are incredibly friendly and helpful"
