"My appointment was rushed, I didn’t even know I was done with my appointment until the nurse came in and said you can go to checkout. I went to checkout and the lady sitting there is just staring at me I figured I had paperwork about my results that I was never given. I wouldn’t recommend. Dr. Tracy or any of the ladies behind the front desk."

"I continue to receive duplicate bills for services that I had already settled and it has been undeniably frustrating to encounter this issue, especially after resolving this issue and getting clarification that my bill has been settled multiple times. They have lost lab results in the past and didn't have dates I came in despite taking payment for it. They need to streamline their billing process to prevent issues like this in the future because it definitely makes me doubt their professionalism. I would also check out Better Business Bureau since it looks like I am not the only one with billing or office issues."

"Made my first appointment for my first pregnancy a few weeks ago and provided my insurance information. Showed up and was told it was canceled as they no longer accept my insurance. Never got a call prior to advise me of this."

"I scheduled my 6-week postpartum appointment to meet with Amanda. I arrived and they apologized to me that it was a mistake on their end and it was never scheduled in their system. They said that Amanda did have an opening and they had to wait until she as finished with her patient to let me know if she would still see me. After waiting 45 minutes they said that Amanda had “plans” after work and could not fit me in. Regardless that this was their mistake. Again, this was a 6-week post op. I have not been able to drive or workout for 6 weeks. My husband and my Mother took off from work so one could drive me and the other watch our baby. We also live 1 hour away. The office staff was cold and dismissive and did not seem that it was important to help their loyal client since i have been frequently visiting this office for 9 months, let alone been a patient for 3+ years and had built a solid relationship with most of the staff. I left in tears. I could not believe that they sent me home. I will be finding a new doctor to schedule my 6-week postpartum appointment with. Shame on Amanda and the staff working at their office today."

"I just left the facility after being refused service for an ultrasound. The facility requires face masks, which was never ever stated to me that masks were required. Upon arrival, I was informed they do not provide masks even though they require them. WHAT? So I left, and came back with a mask and was still refused service because the NP on staff said “she had stuff to do.” Not only that, myself and the entire lobby could hear her yelling about how she is not going to see me. Completely unprofessional, and should absolutely get fired. Not only for refusal to do her JOB but the way she conducted herself and spoke to me, who is paying her to do a job. Don’t waste your time here because she clearly does not care about anything but a paycheck."
