"I love the drs and their staff. Dr Keller put my mind at ease and about my neck problems and didn’t recommend surgery. I love that the surgeons at JOI don’t automatically recommend surgery but take a more conservative approach and explain why surgery is not recommended."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Dr. Keller and his group are EXTREMELY unprofessional. I've never in my entire adult life experienced such a lack of concern from a doctor as I did with this team. I waited for TWO MONTHS for an appointment I had scheduled with Dr. Keller for significant neck pain. I got a message THE DAY BEFORE my appointment advising me that my appointment was canceled because the doctor wanted to review my history with Southeast Orthopedics from several years prior. I called the office back letting them know I'd like to keep the appointment and that my goal and hope was to have Dr. Keller see me as a net-new patient. Get a fresh set of eyes on my situation and that I'd be happy to discuss the history. But again, just wanted a fresh look from a new doctor as an opinion without potentially being influenced by another doctors findings. I was basically told "too bad we've canceled your appointment". The lady I spoke to was very rude and showed a complete lack of empathy and concern. Absolute BS. If you need treatment GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"Dr. Keller was very professional and answered all of my questions. He made me feel part of my care which isn’t so common now a days. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to feel better as he found the source of my pain quickly and efficiently!!!!"

"Today was my first visit with Dr. Keller for further evaluation of my back pain. He examined me, had x-rays made, and took a history for the origins and characteristics of my pain. I was fully expecting that I would need surgery, but thankfully, Dr. Keller had other options to try first. I definitely found him to be attentive and concerned."

"My appointment was very short and he insisted that my symptoms where not related to his specialty. And therefore I should go to a different doctor. He said he couldn't do anything for me. It was very uncomfortable to ask for a report of my visit. He as with an attitude if I did not understand what he explained to me. I told him that I clearly understand what I had to do, but that I thought having a report to share with a different Doctor specialist would make my future doctor visit easier. He wasn’t very unhappy that I ask about the report. I think that shows poor professionalism and he has no empathy with patients at all."
