"Ok first off got Steven this man that runs this place is top notch I must say the others were a joke and the counselor kamelich Miranda estevez is a caring counselor knows her job been here years and never had or seen a counselor like her she goes beyond her job I luv her lots of these counselor need take notes from her"

"I have been coming here for 6 years next month. This place has really helped me change my life. I now only go there once a month. I am now married, have a car, my own place, and a great job. I never in my life thought I would be where I’m at today. I thank god everyday that a place like this exists. Before I came here all I cared about was getting some more heroin to put in my veins. There have been a few issues with some of the nurses being rude or nasty but thankfully it only been a couple of times. I have had 4 counselors since I’ve been there most of which were great especially Jose, Hunter, and ms. Cari. My first counselor I had Noel was kind of rude and nasty, but she is no longer there. If it wasn’t for this place I know I wouldn’t be here today. They even helped me to get insurance so now I don’t have to pay as much. Thank you New seasons for everything."

"I have a Telecounselor and I have never been treated with such hate in my life. I have no words to describe the feeling that I feel when we’re in session but just to say I feel so worthless she calls me out and makes me read and I have issues with my speech and it’s just like she sees it makes me uncomfortable and that’s what she feeds on my impairments. She cuts me down and does it in such a nice nasty way. She plays off like I’m not following directions and just makes me want to give up I have complained a lot and got no response I have tapped our session because everyone of course is on the counselor side I am just a substance abuser well my story isn’t that it’s about how I was put on oxytocin 80mg by a Dr after a spinal fusion and since have had 3 fusions and the pain is so severe but it should not affect the way anyone treats me but I leave in tears from cutdowns and she acts like ohh you have missed the point I take everything wrong and I need to stop blaming anyone but myself start with I will start with I am the on to blame for my own feelings if sussfullness I am to blame for being on a lower level of society I need to realize I am the only problem I have that’s what I told to read over an over is that right?? I really have been documenting EVERYTHING and I feel now after a year and half Clem and clean drug screens and not phased up even once I’m getting a lawyer because my mental state has become so much worse than it ever has been thanks Mrs Porter for really treating me like I’m a criminal and with such hatefulness and negativity it’s always surprising I’m doing wrong."

"This place has and is helping me through the process. Every one there has treated me like a human being. The intake process every one stepped up and walked me through it and was making me feel like I can actually walk around with my head up and be a man again thank you so much giving me my dignity back."

"My fiance and I arrived at New season's treatment center with so much joy that we had arrived in time to get treatment see we live 1h away one-way and we took a uber to get there since our car is in the shop so that cost us 56$ we got there at 11am and we were told it was it to late to do intake to come back tomorrow my heart dropped i said its 10:56am you dont close toll 1pm 2h for intake is plenty of time I said we live 1h away and have to take a uber which cost us 45-56$ one way.. I was told sorry for the inconvenience but u have to come back tomorrow well on Monday she said b/c it was Friday and they don't do intake on the weekends . This was the worst day ever we had finally gotten everything to align together money work ride and the treatment center denied us wow some help this place was."
