"The therapists and owner are incredibly difficult to get in touch with (meaning not responding to mulitple emails over weeks). They do not have time for you or your child but they do have time to charge your credit card on file for any reason without so much as an email or call. (They reference the fine print on the initial paperwork). They are a group of young ladies and are more concerned with making money than developing a patient/family/therapist relationship. I think their inexperience running a business is getting the better of them. I had high hopes but I have gotten treated better at large hospitals which is not saying much considering they are your child's therapists. Not a quality business."
