"I waited an hour for a call back, a lady with an accent I couldn't understand called, I said hello twice and she hung up with out any other warning. Didn't say she'd call back, didn't explain why she was hanging up. This is why there is no hope or help for the mentally disabled. It's stressful enough dealing with automated menus and even getting started with the advent of seeking help, but when they hang up, they are sending a clear message to people who really can't handle this, that their is no help and they don't care. Unqualified customer service reps. Unqualified doctors."
