"I was able to quickly receive an appointment for a skin cancer screening. I was greeted and checked in quickly. The women who helped me made me feel very comfortable and quickly addressed my issues. Everything was explained thoroughly and I left feeling good about my decision to use this provider rather than anxious as I felt before arriving. I will use them in the future for my skin care needs. While there, I noticed they offer much more than skin cancer screenings."
"Even though it's been awhile since I had a skin cancer screening and I was very anxious Amber made me feel very comfortable during process. I can't wait to educate myself on the other procedures they have. My visit went smoothly, didn't even have to wait but a few minutes after check in. Friendly and professional staff!!!! I'll definitely enjoy taking better care of my skin with their guidance!"
"I've seen the same Dermotologist for 20 years. He's retiring and he finished at Dermaclinique. The transition was not without some bumps. Had difficulty getting a scrip refilled. I've always believed you learn more about a business or person when there's a mistake, than when everything runs smoothly. I went in today and the Office Manager Kelly Moffitt was excellent. I say this as someone who managed a Medical facility myself in the past. I would have been very pleased to have Kelly as part of my team. She's the best. Based on her performance I'm looking forward to seeing the new Doc."
"Love Dermaclinique. Never a hard sell to buy some cream or ointment. The girls are always super nice and professional. Best Dermatologist I've ever been to. They are always on time also."
"I am new to Florida, and I have melanoma so finding a reliable dermatologist is very important to me. I did some research after learning more about this practice and decided to give it a try. I called to make an appointment for the St. Pete location and the initial lady I spoke to wasn't very friendly. It seemed like more of a hassle to get me set up in their system since I was new. So, there's that. I showed up to my appointment when it was scheduled, and the front desk ladies were nice. I went and sat down but couldn't help but overhear a quiet whisper between the two ladies, almost as if gossip was happening. Wasn't a fan of that. I was seen pretty quickly after checking in. The initial specialist I spoke with prior to the doctor, was professional and nice. Then the doctor came in and started to examine me. I felt as if the doctor was in a hurry. She asked me if I had any concerns which I didn't at the time. The exam was quick and felt very careless compared to what I am used to, considering I have melanoma which should be taken seriously in my opinion. So even though I may not notice anything concerning, isn't it the doctor's job to make you feel like they care and did a thorough examination? I had also been breaking out pretty bad that day due to anxiety. Without even asking me questions about my history with acne, the doctor pointed it out and asked if I wanted any medicine to help cure the acne on my face. Almost as if I was being called out for it. I was prescribed an ointment that she said would be an upwards of $60 or so. I had it called in to my pharmacist who then told me the total was going to be $96. It was a joke honestly and I just chose to stick with my initial face cleaning products because I don't have money like that. I felt like this visit was really all I needed to know it isn't for me. I did not feel appreciated at all, but rather just another business transaction for the company. Will be looking for another dermatologist who actually cares about their patients."
